Mindfulness Meditation in the Park FRIDAY 15 June

I’m happy to announce a FREE outdoor mindfulness meditation practice in the park that will take place on Friday at 18.45. It will be a guided half-our practice that we’ll share out in the park (weather permitting) - you can join us right after yoga practice or register by sending me an email if you just want to come and meditate with us. The weather forecast is quite optimistic, so let’s keep our fingers crossed! Please bring 2 blankets and - this is optional - some snacks to share with fellow yogis and yoginis after practice.
